Eisenberg Agri Company (Beijing) Limited (EAC), began operations in China in 1992. Until 2005, the company was a member of the Eisenberg Group of Companies created by the legendary entrepreneur Mr. Shaul N. Eisenberg, who was a pioneer in establishing business ties between China and the rest of the world.

Eisenberg Agri Company (Israel) Limited (EACi), a sister company of EAC, was formally established in 2016 in order to strengthen and expand the transfer of Israeli agriculture technology and expertise into markets worldwide. EACi is the international arm of EAC.
